Cil Securities Ltd has announced the notice for its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 29, 2025. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) due to the ongoing pandemic situation. The AGM will transact ordinary and special businesses, including the adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, appointment of directors, and appointment of Mr. Govind Toshniwal as the Secretarial Auditor for five years from 2025 to 2030. The company has also provided the facility of remote e-voting to its members for the resolutions to be transacted at the AGM.
