Cil Securities Ltd Closes Trading Window in Compliance with SEBI Regulations

Cil Securities Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 01st October, 2025, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct. The closure is to regulate, monitor, and report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ending 30th September, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to consider these results will be intimated in due course. The company has also updated the trading window closure period for the same quarter on the CDSL Portal.
