Cineline India Sets Dividend Record Date for FY26

Cineline India Ltd has announced the record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The Board of Directors had previously recommended a dividend of ₹1.25 per equity share, subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for September 23, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. The record date has been fixed as Wednesday, September 16, 2026. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM, after tax deductions.
