Vistra ITCL Discloses 16.34% Shareholding in Cineline India via Pledge

Vistra ITCL (India) Limited, acting as Debenture Trustee, has disclosed a substantial acquisition of 56,00,000 equity shares, representing 16.34% of the total share capital, in Cineline India Limited. This acquisition is structured as a pledge of equity shares and was effective from February 24, 2026. Prior to this transaction, Vistra ITCL held no shares or voting rights in Cineline India. The disclosure is made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total equity share capital of Cineline India remains unchanged at Rs. 17,13,32,170/- comprising 3,42,66,434 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
