GTT Data Solutions Acquires 45% Stake in Subsidiary Itarium Technologies for INR 990 Lakhs

GTT Data Solutions Ltd. has entered into a First Amendment to Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 45.00% (Forty Five percent) of the total paid-up equity share capital of Itarium Technologies Private Limited. The transaction is at arms’ length and the total cost of acquisition is INR 990 lakhs. The acquisition will make Itarium a wholly owned subsidiary of GTT Data Solutions. Itarium, a technology platform and service provider, offers professional services in IT service management, CRM, implementation, migration, development, upgrade, integration, application management, and staff augmentation. Its turnover for the preceding 3 financial years are INR 872.97 lakhs (2024-25), INR 865.11 lakhs (2023-24), and INR 964.25 lakhs (2022-23).
