Cinevista Board to meet on May 6, 2026, for FY26 Audited Results

Cinevista Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will hold a meeting on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The key agenda items for the meeting include the consideration and approval of the company's Audited Balance Sheet as of March 31, 2026, and the Profit & Loss Statement for the financial year ended on that date. The Board will also review, approve, and take on record the Audited Financial Results for both the quarter and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Obligations), 2015.
