Cinevista Ltd. to Re-appoint Directors and Consider New Auditor in Upcoming Board Meeting

Cinevista Ltd. has informed the BSE that their Board of Directors will meet on 31st March, 2026 to consider various business matters. The agenda includes the re-appointment of Shri. Prem Krishen Malhotra as Whole-Time Director and Shri. Sunil Mehta as Managing Director, each for a period of 3 years starting from 1st April, 2026. The Board will also consider appointing a new Auditor to replace M/s. Raj Niranjan Associates (FRN: 108309W) whose term expires on 31st March, 2026.
