Cinevista Ltd to Re-appoint Prem Krishen Malhotra and Sunil Mehta as Directors

Cinevista Ltd has scheduled a Board Meeting on 31/03/2026 to consider several business matters. The agenda includes the re-appointment of Shri. Prem Krishen Malhotra as Whole-Time Director and Shri. Sunil Mehta as Managing Director, each for a period of 3 years starting from 1st April, 2026. The remuneration for both directors will be reviewed and recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, subject to shareholders' approval in the forthcoming General Meeting. Additionally, the Board will consider appointing a new Auditor to replace M/s. Raj Niranjan Associates (FRN: 108309W) whose term expires on 31st March, 2026.
