Cipla Ltd. Announces Merger of Cipla Technologies LLC and Cipla USA Inc. in the US

In compliance with SEBI regulations, Cipla Ltd. has announced the merger of its subsidiaries Cipla Technologies LLC and Cipla USA Inc. in the US. The merger, effective from March 31, 2024, is part of Cipla's efforts to simplify its group structure and streamline operations. Cipla Technologies LLC, a specialty products developer with nil turnover in FY 2022-23, will be merged into Cipla USA Inc., which had a turnover of USD 581.61 mn in the same period. The transaction does not involve cash consideration, new shares, or an arms' length principle, as both are wholly owned subsidiaries of Cipla Ltd.
