Citichem India Ltd. Announces EGM for Issuance of up to 4700000 Convertible Warrants

Citichem India Ltd. has called for an Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on 15th December, 2025, at 11.00 A.M. The purpose of the meeting is to consider and pass, if thought fit, a special resolution for the issuance of up to 4700000 warrants convertible into equity shares of the company to promoters and others on a preferential basis. The record date for determining the entitlement of members to avail the e-voting facility is 8th December, 2025. The remote e-voting facility commences on 12th December, 2025 and ends on 14th December, 2025. The facility for voting through the ballot paper will also be made available during the EGM. Members attending the EGM who have not cast their vote by remote e-voting will be able to vote during the EGM.
