Citius TransNet InvIT: AGM on July 27, 2026, with Addendum

Citius TransNet Investment Trust has issued an addendum to the notice of its First Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for July 27, 2026. The addendum provides additional disclosures for resolutions concerning the remuneration of Mr. S Sundararama for valuation services (not exceeding ₹33.85 Lakhs plus GST and expenses) and the remuneration of M/s. SRBC & Co LLP as Statutory Auditors (not exceeding ₹1.215 Crores plus GST and expenses) for FY 2026-27. The AGM will be held via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. All other aspects of the original AGM notice remain unchanged.
