Citurgia Biochemicals gets 1-month AGM extension from ROC

Citurgia Biochemicals Ltd has received approval from the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Mumbai, for a one-month extension to convene its 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company had initially sought a three-month extension to hold the AGM for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, by December 31, 2025. The ROC, in its letter dated September 18, 2026, granted an extension of one month, allowing the AGM to be held on or before October 31, 2026. The company will announce the final AGM date in due course.
