City Pulse Multiplex Acquires Matrubharti Technologies for Literature Platform Access

City Pulse Multiplex Ltd has approved the acquisition of Matrubharti Technologies Private Limited (MTPL), a private company in the Information Technology sector. The acquisition, which is not a related party transaction, will allow City Pulse Multiplex to expand its business into online literature access through a mobile application and web platform. The transaction is expected to be completed by 30.09.2025, with a share swap ratio of 1:12. MTPL, incorporated in 2015, has a turnover of Rs 8,85,766.08 in FY 2024-25. The acquisition will not require any governmental or regulatory approvals.
