City Pulse Multi Ventures Limited has entered into a Film Promotion & Digital Advertising Agreement with Sunshine Pictures Limited. Under this agreement, City Pulse will promote and display films, music videos, digital shows, and trailers of Sunshine Pictures across its digital platforms. Compensation will be primarily based on a user-view basis. The company expects this collaboration to strengthen its digital content and advertising vertical and contribute to its revenues in the current and subsequent financial years. The agreement is not expected to impact the management or control of City Pulse Ventures.
