City Union Bank Allots 24.77 Cr Bonus Equity Shares

City Union Bank has announced the allotment of 24,76,96,809 equity shares of Re. 1/- each as fully paid-up Bonus Equity shares. This allotment is in the proportion of one bonus share for every three existing equity shares held by eligible members as of the record date, June 12, 2026. The new bonus shares will be available for trading from June 16, 2026, and will rank pari passu with existing shares. This move aims to reward shareholders and potentially increase the bank's equity base.
