Cityon Systems (India) Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q4 Results for FY2025-2026

Cityon Systems (India) Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure will be in effect from 01ST April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited financial results for the year ended on 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, and Connected Persons of the Company, including their immediate relatives, are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the said quarter will be intimated in due course.
