CL Educate Ltd has confirmed that Dr. Abhay Jere, appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Independent, Executive Director), designated as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (a Key Managerial Personnel) on the Board of Directors of DEXIT Global Limited (formerly NSEIT Limited), has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by any order passed by SEBI or any other such authority.
