CL Educate Limited has officially shifted its registered office from Delhi to Maharashtra, effective October 16, 2026. This move follows a Regional Director's order and an alteration of the company's Memorandum of Association. The new registered office is located in Andheri (West), Mumbai. Consequently, the company has been allotted a new Corporate Identification Number (CIN): L74899MH1996PLC477246, replacing its previous Delhi-based CIN. A fresh certificate of incorporation reflecting these changes has been issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
