The inspection, which began on August 25, 2026, at some of the company's offices and manufacturing units in Maharashtra, concluded on August 31, 2026. The company stated it extended full cooperation, and the process concluded peacefully. Currently, there is no material impact on the company's financials, business operations, or other activities as a result of this inspection. Sudarshan Colorants India Limited was formerly known as Heubach Colorants India Limited.
