Sudarshan Europe B.V. to Acquire 26% Stake in Heubach Colorants India Ltd

Sudarshan Europe B.V., along with Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited, Sudarshan Switzerland HLD1 AG, and Sudarshan Switzerland HLD2 AG, has announced an open offer to acquire up to 60,01,268 equity shares, representing 26% of the equity share capital, in Heubach Colorants India Limited. The offer is priced at INR 602.03 (Indian Rupees Six Hundred and Two and Paisa Three Only) per equity share. The offer opens on April 30, 2025, and closes on May 15, 2025. The offer is not conditional upon any minimum level of acceptance and is not a competing offer.
