Classic Electricals Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window for Quarter and Nine Months Ended 31st December, 2025

Classic Electricals Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading in its securities. The trading window will remain closed from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2025.
