Classic Leasing & Finance Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, and Senior Management Personnel along with their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from 1st April, 2026, and will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. This announcement is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, as adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
