Classic Leasing & Finance Ltd announced the resignation of Mrs. Minu Datta as the Non-Executive Independent Director, effective from the closure of business hours on 30 March, 2026. The Board has appointed Mr. Mukesh Shaw, Mr. Abhishek Mussadi, and Mrs. Kusum Kochar as the Non-Executive Independent Directors and Non-Executive Director, respectively, subject to approval of shareholders. The Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee have been constituted with the new appointees.
