Classic Leasing & Finance Ltd announced the resignation of Mrs. Minu Datta as the Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from the closure of business hours on 30 March, 2026. The Board has appointed Mr. Mukesh Shaw, Mr. Abhishek Mussadi, and Mrs. Kusum Kochar as the Non-Executive Independent Directors, subject to approval of shareholders. The Board also constituted Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
