Classic Leasing & Finance Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is effective from October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The restriction applies to all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, Senior Management Personnels, and their immediate relatives, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's code of conduct.
