Clean Max Enviro: Hypothecation/Pledge for ₹169 Cr Subsidiary Loans

The Risk Management Committee of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd approved providing hypothecation, pledge, and other support for facilities availed by its subsidiaries, Clean Max Emerald Private Limited and Clean Max Teton Private Limited, from Aseem Infrastructure Finance Limited. Clean Max Emerald received ₹108 Crore, and Clean Max Teton received ₹61 Crore. The promoter group has no interest in the transaction, which was conducted at arm's length. The support is a contingent liability for Clean Max Enviro, with no current impact.
