Clean Max Enviro Issues Corporate Guarantee for Subsidiaries

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd announced that its Risk Management Committee has approved the issuance of corporate guarantees for facilities availed by three of its subsidiary companies: Clean Max Iguazu Private Limited, Clean Max San Private Limited, and Clean Max Leo Private Limited. The guarantees are for rupee term loan facilities amounting to ₹31.98 Crore for Clean Max Iguazu Private Limited, ₹28.02 Crore for Clean Max San Private Limited, and ₹55 Crore for Clean Max Leo Private Limited. The company stated that the promoter/promoter group/group companies are not interested in these transactions and that the guarantees will be issued on an arm's length basis. These guarantees represent a contingent liability for Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd but currently have no impact on the company as they are provided on behalf of subsidiaries within the consolidated group.
