Clean Max Signs Term Sheet for 1,550 MW Wind Turbine Procurement

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd has announced the execution of a Term Sheet with Envision Energy India Private Limited for the procurement of wind turbine generators (WTGs). The agreement covers 310 WTGs, each with a capacity of 5 MW, totaling 1,550 MW for the company's wind power projects. The scope includes supervision and technical support for installation and commissioning. Definitive agreements are expected to be executed in seven phases, concluding before December 31, 2028. This deal signifies a significant expansion in Clean Max's renewable energy capacity.
