Clean Science and Technology Invests Rs. 50 Crores in Wholly Owned Subsidiary Clean Fino-Chem Limited

Clean Science and Technology Limited (CSTL) has invested Rs. 50,00,00,358/- (Rupees Fifty Crores Three Hundred and Fifty-Eight Only) in Clean Fino-Chem Limited (CFCL), its wholly owned subsidiary. This investment is in the form of subscription to the Rights Issue of CFCL, amounting to 8,36,121 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs. 588/- per share. CFCL, incorporated on 22nd March 2022, is a speciality chemicals manufacturer and seller. The transaction is at arm’s length and does not involve any related parties. The additional capital will be primarily used for funding its projects.
