Clean Science Appoints Krishnakumar Saboo as Whole-Time Director

Clean Science and Technology Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Krishnakumar Saboo as Whole-Time Director for a five-year term from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2031. This appointment was approved by shareholders at the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 12, 2026. The AGM also saw the adoption of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, confirmation of interim dividend, declaration of final dividend, re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation, ratification of cost auditor remuneration, and approval of commission to non-executive directors. All resolutions were passed with the requisite majority.
