Clean Science Invests ₹50 Cr in Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

Clean Science and Technology Limited has subscribed to an additional 8,36,121 equity shares of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Clean Fino-Chem Limited (CFCL), for ₹50,00,00,358. The investment, made through a rights issue at a premium of ₹588 per share, will fund CFCL's projects. CFCL, incorporated in March 2022, operates in the speciality chemicals sector. This transaction is considered an arm's length deal, with CFCL being a related party to CSTL. The subsidiary's turnover has shown significant growth over the last three financial years.
