Clean Science to pay final dividend on Sep 30, 2026

Clean Science and Technology Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 1, 2026, approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company also approved the convening of its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 12, 2026. A final dividend will be paid on September 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 5, 2026. Additionally, the Board approved the co-option of Mr. Krishnakumar Satyanarain Saboo as an Additional Director and recommended his appointment as Whole-time Director. The incorporation of a wholly-owned foreign subsidiary in the Netherlands was also approved.
