Clio Infotech Invests ₹87 Cr in Seychelles-based Clio Tech

Clio Infotech Ltd has approved an investment of approximately ₹87 crore in Clio Tech Limited, a company based in Seychelles. The investment will be made in tranches, with an initial amount of ₹21.43 crore already invested for 22,30,000 equity shares. Clio Tech Limited is in the initial stages of its business operations, focusing on software designing, development, and IT-related services. The transaction is conducted at arm's length, and Clio Infotech will acquire 100% shares in the target entity. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 12 months.
