Clio Infotech to Invest ₹87 Cr in Seychelles Subsidiary

Clio Infotech Ltd announced its Board of Directors has approved an investment of approximately ₹87 crore in a newly incorporated entity, Clio Tech Limited, based in Seychelles. The investment aims to fund software design, development, and IT-related services. Clio Infotech has already invested ₹21.43 crore for 22.30 lakh equity shares, with the remaining amount to be disbursed in tranches. The target entity is in its initial business stage with no prior turnover. The transaction is at arm's length and does not involve promoters or group companies.
