CLN Energy Allots 2.5 Lakh Equity Shares at ₹423

CLN Energy Ltd announced the Board of Directors' approval for the allotment of 2,50,000 equity shares on a preferential basis. The issue price is fixed at Rs. 423 per share, comprising Rs. 10 face value and Rs. 413 premium. The company has received Rs. 10.575 Crore in subscription money.
