CLN Energy Appoints P M R Y & Co as Internal Auditor

CLN Energy Ltd has appointed M/S P M R Y & Co, a Delhi-based Chartered Accountants firm, as its Internal Auditor for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. The appointment was made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on May 29, 2026. The firm will provide services in auditing & assurance, internal audit, management consultancy, direct and indirect taxation, and advisory services.
