CMR Green Tech Subsidiaries Expand; Operations by FY27

CMR Green Technologies Limited announced its Board of Directors has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also took note of the expansion plans of its material subsidiary companies. CMR Nikkei India Private Limited in Bawal, Haryana, and CMR-Toyotsu Aluminium India Private Limited in Shoolagiri, Tamil Nadu, are both developing new plants. Operations for both are expected to commence in the Financial Year 2027. The company also confirmed an unmodified audit opinion from M/s. ASA and Associates LLP on its standalone and consolidated financial results.
