CMR Green Technologies Appoints Ankur Singh as Additional Director

CMR Green Technologies Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ankur Singh as an Additional Director (Executive Category) to its Board of Directors, effective August 10, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Singh brings over 34 years of experience in the aluminium industry, having previously worked with Hindalco Industries Ltd. and Metenere Ltd., and joined CMR Green Technologies in 2020. He possesses extensive expertise in projects, operations, and business leadership. Mr. Singh is not related to any existing director and is not debarred from holding a directorship.
