CMR Green Technologies Appoints Secretarial and Internal Auditors

CMR Green Technologies Ltd announced the appointment of M/s Deepak Goel & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. Additionally, M/s Ernst & Young, LLP has been appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. These appointments were approved at the Board of Directors meeting held on September 7, 2026. The meeting also covered the approval of the Cost Audit Report for FY 2025-26, the Board Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, and revisions in remuneration for key directors. The company also approved the notice for its 21st Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.
