Tomorrow Technologies Global Innovations Ltd Appoints New Registrar and Share Transfer Agent

Tomorrow Technologies Global Innovations Ltd, formerly known as CNI Research Limited, held a Board Meeting on 07-04-2026. The Board approved the termination of the contract with the existing Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, and appointed Purva Sharegistry Pvt Ltd as the new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, effective from 07th April 2026. The decision was made in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and other applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The Managing Director, Kishor Ostwal, has been authorized to execute the agreement with the new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, sign and submit necessary documents, and obtain a No Objection Certificate from the existing Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
