COAL INDIA LTD. Reports 74% Growth in Coal Production for Apr-May'24

COAL INDIA LTD. (CIL) has released its provisional production and off-take performance for the month of May'24 and the period of Apr'24-May'24. The company and its subsidiaries have shown a significant increase in coal production. The total coal production for CIL stands at 64.4 million tonnes (MT) in May'24, a 74% growth compared to the same period last year. Subsidiary companies such as ECL, BCCL, CCL, NCL, WCL, SECL, and MCL have also reported growth in coal production ranging from 2.2% to 56.3% compared to the same period last year.
