Coastal Corporation Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 30, 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider recommending a final dividend for the FY 2025-2026. The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed until June 1, 2026, 48 hours after the board meeting.
