Coastal Corp: Trading Window Closes for Q2 FY27 Results

Coastal Corporation Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The trading window will remain closed from October 1, 2026, for all employees, directors, key managerial personnel, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the second quarter of FY27. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting to consider these financial results in due course.
