Coastal Corporation Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all employees, directors, key managerial personnel, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives or any other insiders. The closure will be in effect from the 1st of April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the financial year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of the board meeting to approve the quarterly and yearly financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2026 will be informed in due course.
