Coastal Roadways Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, and their Immediate Relatives from 1st April, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 to the Stock Exchange. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of Audited Financial results will be informed in due course.
