Coastal Roadways Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, and their Immediate Relatives. This action, effective from October 1, 2026, is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the company publicly announces its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
