Cochin Minerals: Rajesh Jacob consents to be KSIDC Nominee Director

Shri Rajesh Jacob, Dy. General Manager & CCO of Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC), has provided his consent in Form DIR 2 dated April 16, 2026, to act as a Nominee Director on the Board of Cochin Minerals & Rutiles Ltd. This proposed appointment will be placed for consideration at the company's forthcoming Board Meeting. The necessary actions will be carried out in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Regulations.
