Cochin Shipyard Appoints Two New Nominee Directors

Cochin Shipyard Ltd has announced the appointment of Shri Mukesh Mangal ITS and Smt. Anupama T. V. IAS as Part-time Official (Nominee) Directors on its Board. This appointment, effective July 17, 2026, is made by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (MoPSW), Government of India. They replace Shri Venkatesapathy S IAS and Shri P.B Nooh IAS, who have ceased to be directors. Both new appointees are unrelated to existing directors and are qualified to hold the office. Shri Mangal brings extensive experience in telecommunications, security, and maritime projects, while Smt. Anupama T. V. has a strong background in public administration and engineering.
