Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd has disclosed that One AHIH Real Estates Private Limited, part of the promoter group, acquired 2,00,000 equity shares, representing 0.09% of the total share capital. This acquisition occurred due to the invocation of a pledge. The transaction details were filed under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at Rs. 2,11,25,17,190 before and after the acquisition.
