Coforge Ltd to Acquire Artexmind S.A. for USD 10,000 to Expand in New Geography

Coforge Ltd has agreed to acquire the entire outstanding shares of Artexmind S.A. for an aggregate purchase consideration of approximately USD 10,000 through its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, Coforge Solutions Private Limited. This acquisition is aimed at starting operations in a new geography as setting up a new entity would have taken a longer lead time. Artexmind S.A. is a newly incorporated company and yet to commence its operations. The transaction is expected to be completed by August 31, 2025.
